Last year, GRIT highlighted how 58% of insight professionals are considering using eye tracking. Thanks to that interest, we’ve be able to develop a wide range of products for our clients.

This year’s GRIT report describes a market research industry in flux - what Mike Stevens calls a ‘Cambrian Explosion’ of research tech. Techniques that were once only available to the largest brands with the biggest budgets are being democratised and made available to everyone.
